Look what came out of the closet this weekend...

I asked the smarterst pupper I know, the Bugg GooRoo, what it could mean and here is what she said...

Rubeh, gud newz!!! Dat meenz yoor mommeh is puttun stuff in dah box to takez to dah storr to sellz hur stuf fur moneh to buyz YOO morr stuf!!!! Congradyoolashuns!

But I don't think Bugg is 100% correct. Mom did say she would be buying me something special but that I have to stay with Auntie Yvette. I asked her where she was going and do you know where she is going???? To NJ and NY!!! She said she's going for work, but I know she's also going to see my sister AND guess who else...

Can you believe it? She's going to see the bootiful Miss Asta...one of my bestest girl friends!!! I sure wish I could go...do you think she'd notice if I sneaked into her bag??? There's a lot of room in there...I'm little, I could fit.

Catching Up - Visits from Bob and Cooper

Hey Pups and Kitties...

In a concerted effort to catch up up on what I've been doing while my Mom has been too lazy to post (Ruby's Mom: Stop that...not nice!) I thought I'd share some pictures of my visit in June with Bob and Cooper.

Bob & Cooper came to stay with me for a whole week!!! It was a blast!!! Bob and I played bitey face and played toy-tug...

We hung around outside...

Cooper even graced us with his presence by hanging in the house with us!

Although he does look a little nervous, doesn't he!!!

Mom thought this was an exceptionally funny shot...looks likes I'm eating Bob's eyeball, doesn't it?

But I'm not!

All and all it was a wonderful visit...I really like hanging with the Boys. I sure hope they come back and visit soon - W00t! Oh, wait, my Mom has something she wants to share about their visit...wonder what it could be??? Here ya go Mom...

Ruby's Mom:

Hello everyone...it's been a while, I know. Thanks for hanging in there with us. Things are very busy, but I promise to help Ruby post whenever I can. Anyway, I wanted to share a little something about Bob and Cooper's visit. They have stayed with us several times and I can always count on Cooper hiding in the garage...yes, he's still kind of afraid of Ruby. And Bob who is just a love bug hangs with us all the time. Ruby just loves playing with him, but Ruby also likes to do something else (puppies...avert your eyes)...

Can you see the position Ruby's getting into...yes, she is starting to do what you think she is starting to do! She did this with Bob every chance she could get (sorry Mack and Stanny). This is a tame picture...but when she gets going...well...you get the idea! And yes, Bob has a good 80lbs on her too!!! Poor Bob...but much to my surprise, he seems to kinda enjoy it (or at least he doesn't seem to mind). The only time he gets upset is when Ruby manages to get her paw in a place that it shouldn't be if you catch my drift.

I know it's a dominance thing with Ruby...this is her house afterall, but still it is very odd to see and I do try and stop it...but like I said, Bob seems to enjoy it - LOL! OK, I'll turn this back over to Ruby...

OMD!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE MY MOM SAID ALL THOSE THINGS!!! THEY ARE SO NOT TRUE. BOB WAS JUST TRYING TO GIVE ME A RIDE...KINDA LIKE A HORSEY RIDE!!!!

I think I'm going to sue her for deaf-a-mashun of character or something like that!!! How dare she say those things about me...please don't believe anything she says....

Bob: Well, if Ruby is getting a snackie, I need one two...or maybe I need three.

Ruby: Bob, you me too as in 'also' or 'as well'. Not two. Two is a number...silly Bob.

Bob: OK, OK, I get it now...Auntie Michele, can I also and as well have some snackies...like maybe two or three???

So on one of my favority sites, Celebrity Dog Watcher, there was this article about a lady in some foreign country marrying her dog.

Emily Mabou was so tired of her former boyfriends who were cheaters and skirt-chasers that she finally found a partner who was kind, loyal, faithful and treats her 'with so much respect' it’s HER DOG!

A priest performed the blissful union between the 29 year-old woman and 18 month old dog (he’s still a PUPPY!!!) in front of curious villagers since the woman’s family boycotted the nuptials, saying it was 'a stupid step to combat her loneliness'.

When asked about starting a family, Emily said 'we’ll adopt'.

Hmmmm...I'm not so sure about that. I mean, if I'm gonna marry anydoggie it's certainly not gonna be my Mom! She's sooooooooooo not my type - BOL!!!

Hey, today is my fursister Sophia's barkday - W00t! She is 4 years old!!!!

See how much alike we are...she loves to snuggle and sleep!

And of course she is bootiful too!!!!

Sleep Sunday #25

The day after...

OK, so it wasn't as bad as where we used to live, but I could still hear them. Mom couldn't find my Rescue Remedy either so it was about 2 hrs of barking. Mom thought by turning the TV-box up would help...but clearly she's not so bright since I can hear things she can't. Silly hooman. Anyway, I'll be doing LOTS more sleeping than usual today. Hope you pups did ok.

My house guests didn't come this weekend, but I did have some very special visitors yesterday...I promise to tell you all about it on Monday. Oh and go visit Asta...she's very sad and needs some encouragement...please, please, please go cheer her up, ok???
