You know how I always tell you about how my Mom likes to knit, well, she made this really really cool journal/notebook cover...
I have to say, even I'm impressed by this!!! Just look at the cable-y details...

Oooohhh, my Mom's very jealous of your Mom's knitting abilities (she's not that talented in that department). But now you've got her brainstorming about things she can do when she gets back from Mexico (yup, the humans are vacationing AGAIN!). She and Dad are taking a Oaxacan cooking class, so maybe she'll whip up a spicy dish to share with everyone.

Your mom is so talented! My mom tried to knit me a sweater. Then it was going to be a scarf because she couldn't make a sweater. Then it was full of holes so she threw it away. Pathetic.

I love the first picture. Is it your bed that has splooded? I have never dun that to any of my beds or stuffies but I have make such mess with a box of tissues. It was fun and jie jie says I look very proud of myself after I have done that. That was so many years ago.
