One Week...

Tuesday, January 29, 2008

One week from today is not just another Tanner Tuesday but actually a Super Tuesday. Super Tuesday is the day where a whole bunch of states have primate-aries and cat-cuses which are part of the long winded way we decide on a President. California has a primate-ary that day and here I am helping Mom decide how she should cast her vote...

prezident

I had to be honest with her...I really think there is a better choice than what was on the ballot. We need canine-idates who are honest, hard working, uniters. Canine-idates who can really force a change in our country and the world. No, I'm not talking about Hillary or Obamamamamama or that Huckleberry fellow...no, I'm talking the real deal here. I'm talking about...

That's right!!! Tad and Joe!!! (Ruby's Mom: But Ruby, they aren't on the ballot and um, they are dogs. Ruby: Well Mom, write them in for dogs sake! Do I have to do everything for you???? And Tad even promises to buy you a pony!!!!)

Go Tad, Go Joe, GO GO GO!!! W00T!
Pomegranate-Stains in '08!!!

I am marking muzzer's ballot for Butchy and Snickers...they can be the Billary of dog candidates. She says it can't be much worse than the hooman choices, and it IS a change.

W00T! Go Tad! Go Joe! And I get to be first lady if they win. I'm going to decorate the White House in ALL PINK!

How can they lose? They are obviously the best candidates out there!!

But I definitely think you should be a cabinet member, at least. Your beauty alone can bring this country out of its slump!

Bye pretty RBS!

Mom says that we need change in the White House and Tad and Joey are the perfect choice! I guess that means that they have our vote!

Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch

Ruby, I think you should be Secretary of Transportation in the Pomegranate/Stains (or Butchy/Snickers) administration.

Good luck helping your mom voting - my mom doesn't get to vote until May, and she is WAY TOO into all this. When are they going to stop yakking about all this stuff?

Your friend, Lenny

You are lucky you only have to chose one. Here we have 7 dirigents (some kind of presidents...).....pffff lot of work !

Mom and Dad said they are voting for Tad and Joe. they are good parents some of the time.

Ruby, your mom should be so glad that she has you to help her know how to vote. For dogs sake, yes! Tadpole Pommegrante and Joseph Stains are by FAR the most qualified candidates in this race! I'm glad you are helping her understand this.

If elected, they may make you attorney general. Yes -- that's a great idea. I'll talk to Tadman.

We agree we need better choices. As wires, we may cast our ethnic primary vote for Butchy and Snickers -- but then again there's room for all.

May the best dog win!!

Our primary is today by the way, so check the results!!

Good for you, Ruby, for helping your Mom decide on a candidate. We don't get to vote for a while here in Oregon, but I'm already sick and tired of Mom & Dad geeking out on politics when they should be paying attention to ME!!!

Hmmm ... we don't really want a pony but we do like to bark at the cows. Can we have a cow instead of a pony?

Hi, Ruby!
Tad and Joe are the best! Ponys or not!

Hey, Ruby Bug!

Firstly, my girl is sending you Atomic Belly Rubs cuz she says you deserve them for being so good to your mama.

And, of COURSE I'm voting for every dog who runs. I think Asta is on to something. More presidents means more vacation time for each of them. With a job like that they'll need it.

Goober love & smooches,
Stanny

I think a pony will make a good pet so I'll be voting for Tad. :)

They will win for sure. They are the best cadidates that we ever seen.

well, I certainly agree your President electing is long winded......we hear about nothing else at the moment on our UK TV!!

I'm with you on the Tad/Joe ticket!

"Go Tad, Go Joe.......!"

Moco said... 10:50 AM

Do these hooman's not get it? I sometimes wonder how they are able to get up and out the door. Good thing we have a dog door and don't have to count on them all the time. It's no wonder they make such goofy choices.

Huskee and Hershey said... 5:58 PM

I think we all know Joe long enough to know that he'd be the best candidate ever!

** P/S. THANKS for fitting our wedding pawty into ur tight schedule.. we won't be able to have it without your help!

That's the ticket! Just write their names on the ballot! They are the "ones" for the job!
Pomegranite & Stains '08! We should tell them to make bumper stickers!
