You are SO not going to believe what happened yesterday...my silly Mom forgot to lock me in my kitchen prison when she came home for lunch and guess what????? I was a perfect little angel!!!!! Unlike some other Boston who was opening packages of earplugs and eating Triscuits, I spent a wonderful afternoon napping on my couch and in my bed. It was wonderful. Mom was totally shocked when she got home and you should have seen her running around the house to see what kind of trouble I got into...but nothing...absolutely nothing.
She was so happy I didn't make a mess that I got lots of kisses and some treats after dinner and a Greenie (can you believe it, I've never had a Greenie?). She was so proud of me, she even told one of the neighbors about it on our walkie last night...the lady could have cared less, but you know, I'm just happy that Mom is happy. Unfortunately I am back in my kitchen prison again today...but I can be patient...Mom is getting old and I'm sure she'll forget again soon.
Also, don't forget there is still room for the Halloween Barkday Bash. That is going to be sooooo much fun too!
Finally, tomorrow my Nanny comes to visit!!! Yay!!! I'm very excited to meet her...we are going to have so much fun together I can't wait. This may mean I won't be posting that much or be able to comment a lot...I hope you will all forgive me. I want to make sure I get maximum play and snuggle time with her.
Oh and last but not least thanks for all your comments yesterday on my krusty problem. So far, still krusty, but I'm being a good girl and taking my memin (that's what Suki & Joey's people pup sister Ava calls medicine-hee hee hee)! I'm sure it will be gone real soon!!!

Hi Ruby, We haven't been in touch for awhile -- but you know why. The folks have been traveling and we've been without our compooter.
When we read your blog, we were excited for you -- we never get penned up when the folks go out -- they know we troll for a while -- to find any loose pencils or scraps of paper but then we just snooze on the steps until they come home. No real damage ever. So perhaps your Mom will take your good behavior into consideration.
Next: we'd love to go to France for Ike and Marth's wedding -- but we have a special favor to ask. Can Mom come too? Two reasons -- first, November 1st is her barkday, and second, she lived in Paris for six years and could help translate if anything comes up. What do you think? We could sit on her lap if the plane is too crowded.
And we'd definitely love to hop a ride on Aire Ruby for the Koobus pawty too.
Let us know. We won't tell Mom about the wedding in France until we hear from you so she won't be too disappointed if she can't come.
By the way: November 1 is All Saints Day.
