Remembering...

My Mom is sad today.
Six years ago today a lot of people died. Including someone she grew up with.
We will always remember this terrible day and never forget all the people who lost their lives.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families today and always.

Remember to fly your flag high today!

Give your mama some goober hugs for me, okay? My girl said it was such a sad and scarey day. We are remembering, and I'm sticking close to her so she knows I'm here for her.

Thanks for reminding us about all the people whose lives changed that day.

    Goober love & hugs,
    Stanley

  3. Ruby,
First of all, thank you for the Remembering of the awful events that happened 6 years ago today. If the hoomans could be like us and celebrate our similarities while respecting our differences, perhaps none of that woulda happened. I mean we are all friends with lotsa breeds, and cats and hamsters and IT WORKS. I don't always understand the hoomans.
About your Stanley...It was just a little Lakie pup error in judgement...I pwomise I won't poof him again...even if he did look cute as a Wire...fat, but cute! (Imagine a 70 lb Dale stuffed ina 17 lb. WFT body...he was massive!!) Mitch is very cute...maybe I'll go and visit him.......

I'm so sorry your Mom lost a friend. No one should have died that day, it was such a senseless act.

What makes me so sad is to think of all the children who never got to know their father or mother. So sad.

    Puggy kisses

  24. So sad and so senseless. It is horrible that we have to have any days like this to remember. Mom said she kept pausing each time she had to write down the date because it brought back so many sad and terrifying memories.
