I'm back!!! Thank dog...I know you guys think I'm so lucky about getting to go to the Wag, but I gotta tell you, as nice of a place as it is, I like my home and my bed and my toys...and even though not so much today, even my Mom. Thanks so much for all your comments too...it was nice to see them when I got home...I am so lucky to have such great friends!
So...let's see...I got a good report card...
I like the 'Very Good Dog' comment...don't you? Again Mom was surprised about the medium energy and medium appetite, but like I said...I just wasn't into it and would rather be home. I did make a friend...Luna, she was great. I told her all about you guys.
Mom came and picked me up around 6ish yesterday (Sunday) and I totally gave her the cold paw! I mean I locked her out...no kisses, no rubs...nothing. She needed to know that sending me away (no matter how good her intentions were) is NOT acceptable! I didn't even snuggle to sleep last night. That'll show her! I think she did buy me a prezzie, but I just went to sleep when I went home that I don't know what it is...but trust me, I'll be finding out tonight!
So I guess you want to hear a little about the new people pup...well, he IS a cutie...as far as people pups go. His name is Kristof and he was 8.1 lbs. and 20" long. Mom said he was really good...and slept all night which is pretty good for new people pups I hear. Here's a picture of him...
Oh and here are Nils and Katrina again, this time with their new brother (sorry about the picture quality...apparently the photographer didn't have the flash on...silly woman!)
Look at Katrina...what a silly little people pup she is!!! Both her and Nils really liked their new brother. I think they are going to be really good with him and hopefully they will play fetch and give him lots of belly rubs.
So, that's that...I think I might stay mad at Mom a little while longer...just to make her feel a little more guilt. I'm pretty sure that will get me some extra Frosty Paws and a bully stick. We are WAY behind in reading blogs, but we will be taking the next few days to catch up...don't you worry!
Finally, shout out to Bernard's Dad...he's going in for some surgery tomorrow. Lots of licks and feel better soon!

You are such a "good dog", it doesn't surprise me at all. Medium energy, though? Aren't Bostons supposed to be high energy? Maybe you were just trying to take it easy on all the slower ones..hehehe!

Don't be too hard on your mom. I don't know how you can stand to pass up snuggles and cuddles and everything your mom would do with you! But then, you are pretty smart to be making her feel guilty. I hope you get lots of treats!

You're baaaaack!! I've been a little MIA recently, but I'm stinkin' happy to have you back! I missed you terribly.
The hooman pup is cute, but nothing like real puppy cute. His brother & sister look pleased (that's good ~ wouldn't want to have to give him back to the breeder).
Your mama has probably already suffered enough, girl. I know I have by not seeing your facing and hearing how you are all weekend. Doing what she did for her friend this weekend, while meaningful, was probably hard ~ especially so because she was away from YOU!
When you catch up with everydoggies blog you'll find out why I was MIA in more detail. Suffice it to say, Lacie (Scruffy's lil' sis) took me hostage and turned me into a WFT stuffie because she wants me to be her boyfriend. Thankfully, Asta went over and threatened to THROW DOWN, so Lacie released me.

Well Ruby, there is a lot to comment about here.
ReplyDelete1. Congratulations on your excellent report card. Your mom cannnot expect better, especially since you really didn't want to be there. You did fine. it's also nice that you made a new friend, even if her name is "Luna". (Short for lunatic, perhaps?)
2. You've got the right idea about how to handle your mom. Ignoring her is good. She will feel guilty and you will get more treats.
3. The new human pup is very cute, just like his sister and brother. You have a new cousin now and you will have to be nice to him. But don't let him have any of your toys. Make him play with his own.
