Anyhowl, you are probably asking... 'WHY this time Ruby?' Another concert? Shopping in San Francisco? Who's getting married now? Nope, let me tell you...
You see these people pups?
The boy pup is Nils and he's almost 7. The girl pup is Katrina and she is 4. They belong to my Auntie Tracey and this weekend Auntie Tracey is going to have another pup so Mom is going to go to San Jose and help her out. Seems Mom was there when both Nils and Katrina were born and she said it just wouldn't be right if she wasn't there for the latest pup's arrival.
I guess I can't stay mad at Mom for that, can I? I mean she's going to help and all and I really like Nils and Katrina. Nils was the first people pup I ever met when I was a wee puppy. He even walked me and played fetch with me (even though I really didn't know what that was at the time)! Katrina is very cute and likes pink just like me! She was a little afraid of me the last time I visited ...but I know I will win her over one day...I mean who couldn't love this face???
So off the the Wag I will go...for 3 whole days (that's a first). I will do it with a smile on my face and a wag in my nubby little tail. I know I can do it and maybe, just maybe Mom might be able to visit Gussied Up (one of the bestest doggie shops EVER) on her way home???? I will leave you with some more pictures of the pups...aren't they just the cutest pups, well except for me - hee, hee, hee!!!
Those are cute pups. Hope we will see a pic of the newest one when your Mom gets back! Hopefully time will fly and you will be back into your routine in no time! We will keep you in our thoughts Miss Ruby...

Tell your mama that my girl understands about being there for the hooman pup's arrival. She videotaped a birth for one of her friends and said it was the most amazing and weird experience ever!
You are growing. You'll have a blast, even though I know you *prefer* to be at home! Can't wait to hear about the new pup & your sweet homecoming with your mama!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure Katrina will come around eventually. My hooman pup cousin, Maddie, likes me but gets scared of me, too. Some kids just aren't as into animals as others, I guess.
